Although we started out with just a handful of taxi call boxes, we have grown over the decades into a cutting-edge service centre for passenger transport. With state-of-the-art radio technology, we pass on up to 10,000 bookings a day to our fleet, with more than 80 employees ensuring that the taxi you ordered arrives at your doorstep in a matter of minutes – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

And if you need a taxi on the spur of the moment, you can use one of the more than 145 call boxes dotted around Berlin (usually at your ‘local’ taxi rank). After all, these are used for several millions taxi bookings a year.

In other words, our service goes above and beyond what you would expect from a taxi office.

We get you to your destination. Even if things are tight. Of the roughly 2,000 taxis that currently make up our fleet, 600 of them are large vehicles for up to six passengers, with more than 100 vehicles able to hold up to eight people. As there are so many vehicles on the roads, we can quickly process your order and keep waiting times down to the bare minimum.

On behalf of the state of Berlin, we offer special vehicles for people with disabilities. Thanks to ramps, attachments for electric wheelchairs and ample headroom, getting from A to B is no problem at all, including for non-transferable wheelchair users.
